How to Install a VNC Server on Ubuntu

* Unavailable programs: VNC Server in Service Mode (vncserver-x11-serviced) and Virtual Mode daemon (vncserver-virtuald).

* Available programs: VNC Server in User Mode (vncserver-x11), Virtual Mode (vncserver-virtual), and VNC Viewer.
